Version: 2026-10-draft. A household account may have one open or active subscription. The price shown at checkout includes a 3% service fee and recurs monthly. Checkout collects a payment method; coverage begins only after the first nonzero invoice is paid.

Signups completed by the 25th UTC schedule the first charge for the first day of the next month at 00:00 UTC. Later signups schedule the first day of the following month. A failed renewal allows seven days to recover payment before access is suspended. Cancellation is available in the billing portal and takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Health Connect does not provide emergency services. Availability of centers and services must be confirmed with the participating center. For account or billing questions, use the contact form.
