To administer your household membership, Access To Medical Care collects account contact details, enrolled household member names and dates of birth, your selected community health center, consent acknowledgments, support inquiries, and billing reference IDs. Payment card numbers are collected and processed directly by Stripe—never stored on our servers. We do not request Social Security numbers or clinical medical histories through this site.
2. How We Use & Protect Your Information
We use your account information solely to coordinate household enrollment with your selected center, manage monthly billing, deliver transactional account notices, and respond to support requests. Access is restricted to authorized staff and essential infrastructure partners (hosting, email delivery, map search, and Stripe payment processing). We never sell your personal information.
3. Accessing, Updating, or Deleting Your Data
You can update your contact profile and household members anytime from your online account, or reach out to our support team to request access, correction, or deletion of your account records. Please do not include sensitive clinical information in general support messages.
